Instruction for Reviewers

Manuscripts submitted by authors are reviewed by selected reviewers whose expertise helps maintain the standards of peer-reviewed journals. Each manuscript will be assigned to an editor, who will choose one or more editorial board members or reviewers to evaluate it.

Procedure

  • Upon receiving an invitation, the reviewer should confirm whether the topic falls within their area of expertise. They should also indicate their availability to complete the review within the specified timeframe.
  • Reviewers may inform us of their decision to accept or decline the invitation. If they cannot accept it, they are encouraged to suggest a colleague whom the editor may invite to review the manuscript. It is important not to transfer the invitation to another party.
  • After accepting the invitation, reviewers should carefully check the manuscript’s title page and disclose any conflicts of interest related to the authors, their organizations, or funding sources.
  • Reviewers should examine the relevant sections of the research paper to ensure they align with the journal’s scope.
  • If there are any issues regarding time constraints or conflicts of interest, reviewers should contact the editor. The editor may then extend the deadline or cancel the review assignment as needed.
  • During the review process, if the manuscript is deemed unsuitable, the reviewers should inform the editor.

Important Notes

  • Reviewers are not permitted to discuss the paper with the authors.
  • We request that reviewers refrain from using any information from the manuscript for personal purposes and ensure its confidentiality.
  • Critiques should be objective, and offensive remarks are unacceptable. Confidential comments should also be acceptable.
  • Confidential remarks should be directed to the editor, along with recommendations for acceptance, rejection, or modification.
  • The final decision regarding a manuscript’s modification, acceptance, or rejection rests solely with the editor.
  • Reviewers cannot retain a copy of their review and must submit it to the editor, who is responsible for making the final decision.

Benefits

  • A certificate will be awarded in recognition of your valuable contributions and support.
  • Expedited processing of the paper.
  • Additional discounts are available for attendees of annex conferences.
  • Aspirants are encouraged to submit their CVs, a link to their CV or biography, and a recent photograph.
